Direct booking
By contacting us directly, you can receive all the information about availability, prices, and any special requests. We will be happy to help you organize your stay in the heart of Naples as easily as possible. You can write to us using the contact form or call us directly.
How it works
1. Send us your dates Let us know the period, the number of guests and any particular requirements. If you’re unsure about anything, just ask.
2. We confirm availability We’ll reply with confirmation and a detailed quote — no surprises on the final total.
3. We arrange your arrival We’ll send you full directions and agree a time for your arrival together.
Good to know
- Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM · Check-out: by 10:30 AM
- Late arrivals: If you arrive after 9:00 PM we can still welcome you on request, with a €20 supplement. After midnight we’re unfortunately unable to carry out check-in, so please plan to arrive earlier.
- Deposit: We ask for a 50% deposit when your booking is confirmed. The balance is paid on arrival.
- Cancellation: Up to one week before arrival your deposit is refunded in full. After that point the deposit is unfortunately non-refundable.
- City tourist tax: 6 € per person per night, payable on arrival
